What is a conflict
A conflict of interest arises when personal, financial or family interests could influence, or appear to influence, decisions made on behalf of KGG.
Disclosure
Staff, advisors and partners are expected to disclose actual or potential conflicts before participating in a related decision, bid or contract.
Organizational conflicts
For government work, KGG will assess and address potential organizational conflicts of interest as required by the applicable solicitation and regulations.
